Due to the highly personal and bespoke nature of our wigs, and for essential hygiene reasons, please read the following policy carefully.

Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our wigs and strict hygiene regulations, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on any items once they have left the salon. This policy applies to all wigs, including synthetic, high heat fibre, and human hair wigs.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges on any wig once it has been taken off-site.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that you believe your item is faulty, please contact us immediately. All wigs carry a one-month guarantee from the date of purchase, covering genuine manufacturing or product faults only.

Please note:

  • The guarantee does not cover issues relating to fit, colour, style, or length.

  • These details are thoroughly discussed and agreed upon during your consultation prior to purchase.
