Our Process

A step-by-step guide

  1. Call to book

    Give us a call on 01702 341791 to book an appointment with one of our team members.

  2. Private consultation

    We'll take your mobile number and send you a confirmation of your appointment, as well as an information leaflet with directions to our store and the best places to park near us. You can even send us photos of your current hairstyle or the look you're aiming for before your appointment. Consultations cost £45, redeemable on the day if you purchase a wig. Appointments typically last 60–90 minutes.

    Every consultation is private and confidential.

  3. Try and select wigs

    Come to our store for your appointment and try on the hair systems that we think will be best suited to you.

  4. Leave same day

    Once you've made your selection, we'll provide you with some aftercare tips for the maintenance of your new hair system
