  • Appointments are booked by phone on 01702 341791. If you contact us outside opening hours, you can email your phone number and we will call you back when we reopen.

  • We operate an appointment-only service to ensure every client receives private, dedicated time. Please call us to arrange a suitable appointment before visiting.

  • Before your visit, we discuss your preferred style and colour and send confirmation details, including directions and parking information. During your appointment you will have a private one-to-one consultation in your own fitting area, where you can try different wigs and receive personalised advice.

  • We specialise exclusively in ready-to-wear wigs and do not supply hairpieces, extensions or toppers. Our focus allows us to offer expert guidance and one of the largest in-stock wig selections in the area.

  • You are welcome to bring up to two guests to your appointment. Our premises are spacious and designed to provide a comfortable experience for you and your companions.

  • Yes. We have step-free access, ramps throughout the store and an accessible toilet for wheelchair users and mobility scooters.

  • The best choice depends on your lifestyle, preferences and maintenance needs. During your consultation we explain the differences and help you choose the most suitable option.

  • We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00am to 4:00pm, by appointment only.

  • Appointments are £45 and include a private consultation with a specialist. This fee is redeemable against a wig purchased on the same day.
