  • How do i book an appointment?

    To book an appointment, please call us at 01702 341791 or, if outside of our operating hours, feel free to send us an email with your phone number and we will get back to you as soon as we open.

  • Can I just turn up without an appointment?

    Unfortunately, we no longer offer drop-in appointments. For the best experience, please give us a call on 01702 341791 and we'll be happy to discuss how we can accommodate you, and book an appointment for you accordingly.

  • Do you sell hairpieces, extensions or toppers?

    Unfortunately, we no longer carry hairpieces, extensions, or toppers. However, we do offer a range of ready-to-wear hair systems. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to give us a call on 01702 341791 and we'll be more than happy to answer them.

  • How do your appointments work now, please explain the process?

    To book an appointment, please give us a call on 01702 341791 and we'll be happy to explain the process to you. We'll take notes on what you're looking for, and send you a confirmation booking along with our information leaflet on how to find us and the best place to park. If you wish to do so, you may also send us pictures of the hairstyle or styles you are looking for, so that we can better prepare for your appointment.

  • How many people can I bring along to my appointment?

    For your appointment, you may bring along a maximum of two people. Rest assured that our store is large enough to maintain social distancing during your visit.

  • Do you have a disabled toilet in store as I am travelling from far away?

    Yes, we do have a disabled toilet available for your use. Additionally, we have ramps throughout the store to facilitate access for wheelchair users and small mobility scooters.

  • What's better, a human hair wig or a synthetic wig?

    We can help you choose the best wig for you based on your individual needs and lifestyle.

  • What days our you open please?

    We are normally open Tuesday to Saturday 10am - 4pm, however please remember that we operate by appointment only, so don't turn up without one. Thank you

  • How much do you charge for an appointment?

    We offer a personalized appointment experience for just £45, which includes the dedicated assistance of one of our staff members to help you select the ideal hair system. This fee is redeemable on the purchase of a hair system on the same day, making it a great value for those seeking the perfect solution for their needs.
